I found copies of those in my "archive" and have scanned
them, and a few other things.  I'm not thrilled with the
quality of the scanned images, but it's too late to fool
with them any more tonight.

Also too late to write up any further commentary.

This is on my home DSL line, so if anyone wants to copy them to a
